opengnsys-1.1.0 (#14) - Error Acceso Web (#330) - Message List

He empezado a hacer pruebas, he isntalado el sistema y al intentar acceder por web, automáticamente me deniega el acceso, el mensage del fichero de apache/error.log es el siguiente

Creo que no deberia tocar nada de código y que he hecho algo mal al hacer la instalación. Me podriais decir alguna cosa.
